Simply Technology - VoIP Business Telephones, Managed Services, Cabling, Security Cameras

To whom it may concern,Using a smaller scaled VOIP company in my opinion is a much better option for many reasons, especially if you are not familiar with VOIP systems. Our office went with “Simply Technology.” This company is privately owned, small scale, and is readily accessible to meet every day needs. Other companies such as “Ring Central, Vonage, 8x8 etc.” are all great in their own way, just not what we were looking for. We needed someone to take the time to help us set up the system and walk us through how the system actually works. With the bigger corporations you don’t have that one on one that you need. We also were unsure of what the office needed, so we looked to the company to help us in that aspect. The larger corporations were trying to sell us each and everything they could just to make another dollar when “Simply Technology” was honest with us and sold us what we actually needed. The larger corporations focused on selling lines, this was neither cost effective nor useful.In dealing with “Simply technology” we have kept in contact with “Martin.” He has always been very responsive to all of our needs. That is why it is important to us that we have created the business relationship we have with “Simply Technology.” Any questions we have he is always there to answer them. He comes to the office whenever we need him in any circumstance. He has been more than helpful. The larger corporations do not have that access. Martin has taken that extra leap in making our office happy by constantly resolving issues, answering questions, exploring new ideas and letting us know that he is always a phone call away. All in all our office is very happy with the VOIP system we have in place and the relationship we have with “Simply Technology.”

What an incredible team they have at Simply! I ran into an urgent issue with my laptop after an update and lost some critical files. The owner himself came to my place of business to fix the problem when it couldn't be resolved remotely. Thank you to everyone at Simply Technology!

These guys really are the best! Such a great way of helping me make sense of things way over my head. I ended up saving money and headaches after taking the time to walk me through some different options I hadn’t even considered. I felt like I was doing business with my new IT friends who were honestly trying to help me instead of letting me overspend and over complicate things the way I had planned before they explained my options. I was not an established customer at that time yet. They provided honest input on what needs to be replaced or improved to help set ourselves for success.
